1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or size exchange within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the items meet the following conditions:
- Footwear: Must be completely unworn, show no signs of scuffing on the soles or upper materials, and must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box. (Do not use the shoe box itself as the shipping container).
- Clothing: Must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains, odors, or pet hair. All original brand tags, hygiene stickers, and packaging must remain attached and intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
- Socks and hosiery
- Customized or personalized apparel and footwear
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Returning an item on VRAJANA.com is straightforward:
- Log in to your My Account dashboard.
- Navigate to your Orders section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Click the “Request Return” or “Get Help” button next to the specific product.
- Provide a brief reason for the return (e.g., “Size too small,” “Incorrect item received”) and upload photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- The specific vendor will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
4. The Refund Process
Once the vendor receives and inspects the returned item, they will update the status of your return request.
- Approval: If the item passes inspection, a refund will be processed immediately.
- Timeline: The refunded amount will reflect in your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a vendor error (e.g., wrong size shipped, defective product).
5. Vendor Responsibilities (For Sellers)
- Vendors must accurately process return requests through their Dokan Vendor Dashboard within 48 hours of a buyer submitting a claim.
- If an item is returned due to a vendor error (wrong item, damaged good), the vendor is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Failure to comply with VRAJANA.com’s standardized return timelines may result in platform intervention to automatically refund the buyer from the vendor’s pending payouts.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, please contact the vendor directly through your dashboard or reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will ensure the issue is resolved swiftly via a replacement or a full refund.
