1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Once an order is placed and payment is verified, the respective vendor requires 1 to 3 business days to prepare, pack, and dispatch your items.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: If you purchase customized clothing or specialty footwear, processing times may be longer. Specific timelines will be mentioned on the individual product pages.
  • Processing occurs Monday through Saturday, excluding national and public holidays.

2. Multi-Vendor Shipments (Multiple Packages)

Because VRAJANA.com hosts multiple independent sellers, your order may arrive in separate packages.

  • If you purchase items from different vendors in a single checkout, each vendor will fulfill their portion of your order independently.
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers and dispatch notifications for each package.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated per vendor at checkout based on the origin and destination of each specific package.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery options are determined by the individual vendor and the courier services they utilize.

  • Calculated at Checkout: Total shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
  • Standard Delivery: For most domestic orders within India, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the vendor’s location.
  • Free Shipping: Many of our vendors offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Look for the “Free Shipping” badge on product pages or vendor store profiles.

4. Order Tracking

We want you to know exactly where your new wardrobe additions are at all times.

  • Once a vendor hands your package over to the courier, they will update the order status on our platform.
  • You will receive an automated email notification containing the courier’s name and your tracking number.
  • You can also track your orders live by logging into your My Account dashboard and navigating to the Orders section.

5. Vendor Responsibilities (For Sellers)

  • Vendors are required to pack all footwear and clothing securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Vendors must use reliable, trackable courier services for all VRAJANA.com orders.
  • Tracking information must be updated in the Vendor Dashboard within 48 hours of order confirmation. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation and a full refund to the buyer.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Delays: While we require our vendors to ship promptly, unforeseen courier delays (due to weather, strikes, or remote locations) can occur. Please check your tracking link for the most up-to-date information.
  • Lost or Damaged: If your package arrives damaged, or if the tracking shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the specific vendor immediately through your dashboard. If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, contact VRAJANA Support for mediation.
