1. The Role of the Platform

VRAJANA.com operates as a multi-vendor digital marketplace. We provide a platform for independent sellers (“Vendors”) to list and sell footwear, clothing, and related accessories directly to consumers (“Buyers”).

  • We facilitate the transaction but are not the direct seller of the items listed by independent vendors.
  • The contract of sale is strictly between the Buyer and the Vendor. We do not guarantee the existence, quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised by third-party sellers.

2. User Accounts (Buyers and Vendors)

To buy or sell on VRAJANA.com, you must register for an account.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

3. Terms for Buyers

  • Purchasing: By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price, including any applicable shipping fees and taxes.
  • Product Descriptions: We require Vendors to provide accurate descriptions, sizing charts, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free.
  • Returns and Refunds: Returns and exchanges are governed by our platform’s standard return policy, though individual Vendors may have specific terms clearly stated on their product pages.

4. Terms for Vendors (Sellers)

  • Store Management: Vendors are fully responsible for their storefronts, inventory management, accurate pricing, and timely order fulfillment.
  • Prohibited Items: Vendors may only sell authentic footwear, clothing, and approved fashion accessories. The sale of counterfeit goods, replicas, or culturally offensive apparel is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
  • Commissions and Fees: Registration is free. VRAJANA GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED deducts a pre-agreed percentage commission on every successful sale. The exact commission structure is available in the Vendor Dashboard.
  • Payouts: Vendor earnings, minus platform commissions and applicable taxes, will be transferred to the Vendor’s registered bank account according to the platform’s payout schedule (available in the Vendor Dashboard).
  • Shipping: Vendors are responsible for safely packaging items and dispatching them within the agreed timeframe using reliable courier services.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform-specific content, including the VRAJANA name, logo, website design, text, and graphics, is the property of VRAJANA GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED. Vendors retain ownership of their specific brand logos and product imagery but grant VRAJANA.com a license to use these materials for marketing and platform operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VRAJANA GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the platform.
  • Any conduct or content of any third-party Vendor or Buyer.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between a Buyer and a Vendor should first be attempted to be resolved directly through the platform’s communication tools. If a resolution cannot be reached, VRAJANA.com may step in to mediate, but we are not legally obligated to resolve disputes between users.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or proceedings arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
